In general: You have dentists and you have dental clinics. Pretty well every dentist has a basic "lab" with x-ray and the like, very fast. Pretty well every clinic has its own lab which compares with all the other labs. Picking one over the other because of the presence of the lab isn't much of a reason. If that is your only reason, then a hospital-based clinic would win every time, that'd be my opinion.
