I like Sabai Inn in the new wing. pvte balcony, large bed, nicely appointed, quiet. on soi 2 and away from the action but its great during the day for soi6, massages and the big C.
-
Stayed there overnight last month. nice place and yes i took a chick back with no probs.

The invoice says Prabhirarb Transport Co Ltd. bkk phone 02-26341245-50 But he stopped at the old thai limo office in Ptty to pick up another job order.

Yup, will do when i get home.

They did it same time last year. I believe on mememory that there was a big poster plastered on the outside of the building. Will apply to both flipper properties.

Was approached as i cleared customs last week. 1800 baht plus tolls. Turned out to be the old thai limo company. They are using brand new Camrys. Very nice ride.

Just stayed for the 2nd time at Sabai Inn new wing. Very nice rooms, not sure if laptop will fit in safe as new had a problem in that areas with the girls i have chosen. 1450 baht off season but internet is dial up. I hear RG will be going wifi soon. -
You can do a upgrade with thai for around 30 - 40k points/miles roundtrip. I cant recall exactly.

Let us know if its on board. Even take a photo. Im flying back on 19 June, on the old familar TG991/992 routing of AKL/SYD/BKK. Then im looking forward to trialing out the nonstop service. I hate the transit stop in Syd mainly because of the security you have to re-undergo but one thing i do like transitting in Sydney is they have work stations whereyou can plug your laptop into recharge so on a AKL-SYD-BKK flight you can actually watch up to 3 DVD's with the amount of battery life you get.

Just arrived back in AKL yesterday. have fun

there are fone kiosks when you walk out of arrivals but they are only interested in renting a mobile to you. Go up to departures, far north end of term one before the escalators, there is a shop by the entrance going outside where i usually purchase a prepay card to top up b4 leaving los. Im sure they will sell the sim cards as well.

Australia is a step closer to joining the Asia Soccer Federation. The Asians have agreed to bring Australia on board, which means the Oceania soccer setup will be left with just New Zealand and a few Pacific Islands. Oceania and FIFA still have to approve the shift. Former Australian captain Alex Tobin says the move makes sense in terms of Australia's qualifying path for the World Cup. Tobin says that instead of a one-off game against a South American team to make it, at least in Asia they get to play several top class matches and improve along the way. It is unclear w

Calling all Aussies! Thia prices for April onwards

slip slop slap, Cirrus is the main acceptor in the phils. Plus is ok but only good at equitable banks (often no cash in atm) and Citibank (onmy two in manila and cebu cities) Problem with atms in the phils is the max withdrawl is 4k pesos and you can do multiple withdrawls but at $5 a shot for intl atm. I got around it by opening up a bank a/c in the Phils where there is no withdrawl fee. So would be wise to travel with USD and some travellers cheques for backup but i haven't taken travellers cheques for 2 or 3 years now. -
That must be discounted. my travel agent said akl-bkk $999. must be paid by end of april and is valid until november. Add manila and its $1289. and thai are doing some cheap flight/accomodation deals in phuket.

Calling all Aussies! Thia prices for April onwards

i fly with TG out of Auckland 90% of the time. And now TG are starting a dedicated AKL-BKK nonstop route. great no more sydney. But TG do some great specials sometimes. last year they were doing AKL-SYD-BKK for $NZD999. Im flying Wellington-AKL-BKK-Manila in june/july with TG and it is expensive. $NZD1599 in coach. I think you aussis get a better deal as you are 3-4 hours closer to pussy countries than us kiwis. -
As from 18 July we wont have to travel via Sydney or Brisbane anymore. Thai are starting a nonstop service (not sure if its daily as yet) flight TG990 will leave AKL at 3.30pm and arrive BKK at the sametime as TG992 does now at 10.30pm. Returning TG 989 will leave BKK AT 5.20PM and arrive NZ 2 Hours earlier than TG991 does at 9.20AM. Not sure if thai will run any flights across the tasman anymore. TG991/992 might only do a BKK/SYD/BKK run so flight times may change there as well. I hope Thai will promote the new service with promo fares. They will be flying the Airbus 346 OVER. iS THAT PL
