Its july, Take the taximeter at the airport (to the right if you leave the exit) Ask the driver for a cheap one night stay. Next day go walking en searching for a hotel. Or in the evening hit the bars (day arrival) and chat with some mongers. Works for me, cannot remember names of Hotels. But you can make good deals in July.
