True to all of the above, hot, humid and rainy. You can get low season rates at many hotels and lodges etc. As for lots of tourists, this can fluctuate but on the whole not as busy i reckon. Im back at the end of May and i love the monsoon season. Have fun.

Thanks Stinky, very average with my Thai to English. Yeah i meant Sabai Di mai and Kow chai and the chai was supposed to be understand, yes. I should of remembered that cause i go to Koh Chang a bit, Island of Elephant yes?. From what my Thai GF tells me Sabai Sabai means Im fine Im fine. She seems to understand me most times lol. Is it correct that in Cambodia Sabai Di mai means hello? Thanks again for corrections. Yeah i agree with you mostly although i do know some very succesful people and they are very down to earth , she sounds like an enterprising sort of a girl and good on her. Lah Kaw

If anyone was wondering what i was prattling on about i am just interested to see if i get a reply and if Jaa understands my awful attempt at Thai in written English. My Aussie mate overstayed his 30 day visa on arrival by about 4 or 5 days. I saw him in line at BKK airport as he ended up leaving the same day as me. He told me they charged him 5 or 6 hundred baht. Not sure if he go into trouble but he didn't seem too worried. This was 2 months ago. Not sure about 7 day visa stuff, hope this helps.

Hi Gively, I have had to change my travel plans due to work commitments, arriving Late may now and only staying for 1 month. Heading to Chang Mai for a week first up on arrival then looking for somewhere for 3 weeks, probably just grab a cheapish hotel. Thanks for your reply though. Cheers Dan
