I'll look for it. I wouldn't hold it against him if his nachos suck, because just like the guy's favorite "Mexican food" listed above (fajitas, hard shell tacos), they are American food anyway.

Yeah, I noticed that too. we always sat out on the water, and it was hard getting a refill. Still, it is a quality place and we enjoyed going there.

Delta's award availability blows dead goats. Sure, they advertise a 60k rate, good luck trying to find it. I was looking 8 months in advance, and I found ONE DAY at that rate (which would be 30k, they bill "each way"). One day in nearly a year of dates on their availability calendar. My only issue is some websites have code that it can't process for some reason, like the "view it on a map" function of Expedia. I keep IE at the ready for those occasions, but IE is a clunky pile of crap. I'd never use it full time.

I was there end of Sept 2010, and I'll return. Great food, room was a great value (900Bht deluxe w/balcony). I agree with everything that has been written in this thread, with the exception of the guy who has a problem with Vic. Vic seemed a nice enough guy, always up for a chat with a guest. My guess is you came off wrong with him and were treated accordingly.
