How to sepup keyboard instead of mouse
alias replied to aussiechic's topic in Technical problems or questions.
I find myself wondering what type of pure technical ignorance is required to type "not on a gps". You really should just stop. Just...... stop. -
How to sepup keyboard instead of mouse

So, to summarize.... your question was promtly answered. But.... that wasn't good enough. I'm hardly surprised. I could have travelled to your home (at my own expense) and done it all for you and, upon discovering that my doing so had disabled the buzzing-bee cursor you downloaded from "SpyWarez R Us", you would promptly declare I had broken your computer. I never learn. -

Now I am reminded why i hesitate to help people with computer issues. Really? You can't figure that little bit out for yourself? Did you try? Did you do a single thing other than post a message here? Which, I might note, you managed to do without a mouse..... -

Open your control panel, and select "accessability options", and click the "mouse" tab. Click the checkbox that says "use mouse keys" -
If someone is talking about "tabasco sauce", it's a 99.9 percent chance they are talking about this:

queen vic soi 6 any one stayed there lately?
alias replied to spiderdaz's topic in Hotel and Accommodation Questions
On my most recent stay (Oct 2011), they forgot to enter my booking as well. It was pre paid, in full, so I'm not sure how you "forget". -
I feel guilty getting all this for free. Thanks!

i had a hard time finding the turn, maybe cause I'm a dork. Main road, just east of walking street, going towards jomtien, there is that "X" shaped road that connects the two. You'll see a sign for angelwitch. Take first left. It's a small soi, but it's bigger later on. Follow it down, through the stoplight, and you'll see the Tigglebitties sign on your left. the pic below is a brainfart of mine, thinking you were asking about Kinaree. If you happen to be curious.... uh... that's where you turn.

I can't say enough nice things about the Dennis, the staff, and room I had. One of my goals this trip was to find a "home" in Pattaya, and unless there is something stunning on the horizon, I have done that. What a great place. See you next time

I'm pretty sure...... I owe you an apology. Guest next door.... drunk as fuck... having a riotous good time.... dancing like a retard in front of your bar...raiding the food.... Oh, the shame. At the time i was having so goddamn much fun, i didn't think about it. i was writing up a trip report when the light bulb came on. I'm really sorry, and I'll have the chance to make it up to you and your bar in a few days. I hope accept that this apology is sincere. "Ting Tong Falang"

No it's not. Actually, it is, but I couldn't resist.

Jeez, when you say it like that, you make it sound like a bad thing.

Alternative to using expensive condo wifi service
alias replied to stickyfingers's topic in Expat Issues
Stick has a list of places that offer free wifi. I had to use it last time when my hotel wanted to ass-rape me for internet http://www.stickmanweekly.com/WiFi/Pattaya...nternetWiFi.htm -
Yes, I'm aware it exists. My skepticism is concerning your stated "reasons" for it's existence. Jackass.

Decent price for people on the west coast of the US
alias replied to PigBoy#1's topic in Airline Discussion
WOW, that's a good price. I just checked it on Expedia, and the same flight is $847. I'd been checking Expedia for that route, and I don't recall one that cheap in a long time, nor do I recall seeing China Southern listed on Expedia. Good find. -
The only place I've heard anything like that is.... you. And you appear to exist here solely to be a contrarian know-it-all jackass. So forgive me if I'm skeptical.

Not to belabor the point, but the issue is not your business, it's your conduct on the forums. Regardless of whether "Logan" is a construct of yours or real poster, the criticism your past conduct has brought upon you is legitimate, so you can stop acing like a victim.

I would be careful, because (unless you are buying legitimate copies) you could be installing god-knows-what on your PC. I've used Open Office for years. I've sent files created at work using MS Office (Word, Exel) home to work on using Open Office, and then back to work again. I've never had any compatibility issues. http://www.openoffice.org/ It's free.

Is there some sort of point to your inane ramblings?
-
True dat.

Well..... Ah. The problem with that (as far as rural states go) is outlying areas are attributed to a nearby urban area, sometimes (as in this one), not even the nearest one. I'm considered to be the Billings area, not Bozeman, although I'm 60 miles from Billings.

I'm confused. I'm a "techie", quite familiar with "tracert" and how to use it. You cannot link an IP to a physical address. Not without a subpoena, anyway.
