Are their any small furnished apt types 100-200$ a mo?

I would only buy a condo if u stay 4 mos out of the yr, if u are planning on retiring soon then it's ok, I rented a house for 20 yrs and was always glad i had the option to pack up and leave any time i wanted. YOu can buy at anytime, it's only good if you looking for long term investment.

How close to the beach?

Always look forward to eating at TR when in town, it's the first restaurant i hit, i enjoy the food very much. The Chicken Fajitas are fantastic...... Strawberry Dak's are great.

Thailand is MUCH cleaner than Philippines, i lived there for 20 yrs.

Neither system is safe , the inside room safe you can open with a potato and you cant trust employees with keys safe.

centera beach resort has a very nice pool & jacuzzi in a lush garden setting. I stayed their a few times.

I had a car in Angeles City i paid 137,000p around 3000$ I had it for 6 yrs gave it away for 15,000p $350. Always will have insurance as i used to being a target. 30-40 k ok if it last for a Yr.

Small apt ok as long as close to transportation, need aircon, cable and internet. Preferably close to the beach.

How long do you consider long term 3-6mos or 6-12 ? I could be interested in it.

I am planning on staying on Pattaya for 3 mos this time so dont want to stay in a Hotel, do they still have small places around 5000b a mo? That's girl friendly.
