Not expensive at all.... a 96sqm double condo would cost 30-40.000 baht in the VT2.... The unit looks nice and fresh.... the only criticism I can give is the small bed...

IMO, the 1000-1200 barfines for the rip off venues, for the tourist traps.... BUT IMO.... As the ladydrink prices... my deepest apoligies.... I visited the venue tonight... ( a mate raped me to go there ) there are many improvements in the girls behaviours... but the prices... just like an EA hunter venue without the yellow fever.... 1000-1200 baht barfines, 3000/ST , 5000/LT demands from a barrel stomached " k" category beer bar material girl.... The ladydrink was 200 baht for her... ( lolly water, no any special things... ) More soon in my biased rants...
