I don't want to say anything that offends our British board members but never understood the hype about WoknRok. Tried the place a few times and found the food terrible and came back thinking it was only a mistake. It wasn't.

Everybody does. Have no clue, why, honestly. I don't like English breakfast. I don't eat beans in the morning nor potatoes. Don't like black pudding and don't like everything dripping of oil.

Could you please tell me of a reliable - and most of all cheap - company that does visa run to the border, ideally in the Bukhao area but this really doesn't matter? I looked at the "classic" choices on Soi 6 and soi 13 but they all charge more nowadays while I've heard of others doing it for 2500 or even less. Before you start on comfort etc., I must declare that yes, every baht matters. I have a retirement visa that I can't afford to renew so I need to do a run and get a visa on arrival.
