I stayed at Top North last time, no charge for my guests too. The hotel is not so budget but worth every dime in my opinion. Besides, the location is great, located with there in the middle of Tha Phae Gate, only few minutes walk to the bars on Loi Kroh Rd. November is a high season for Chiang Mai, reservation should be done by now but i guess you already knew that.
