  1. Maybe they're going to try and prove us wrong ...
  2. It's pretty much the same way that London got the Olympics.
  3. Too late to start trying to cover your xenophobia now. At the expense of making yourself look a total cunt. Sure.
  4. They're fucked when they decide to start complaining about Chinese subsidising their aircraft industry. I doesn't seem to have sank in that the future threat to Boeing's market share won't come from Airbus.
  5. Just as the 787 doesn't compete with the A380 - but you insist on comparing the two.
  6. That's exactly what they're doing with the Asian Cup in Qatar next month.
  7. ... Singha (Chelsea) and Man U. It goes well with the prawn sandwiches ... apparently.
  8. At least try and disguise your chronic xenophobia.
  9. Take it up with Aboulafia. He's the one your disagreeing with.
  10. Jeez, you're getting there slowly. Now that you've estimated the price (sales) i.e. the first number that came into your head, you have to deduct the (estimated) cost of those sales (including payment to the risk sharing partners) to arrive at the (estimated) gross/operating profit. In short, take away the second number that comes into your head from the first number that came into your head. The number you end up with will be totally meaningless, but it'll sound good when you go onto the internet claiming to have some mystical insight into Boeing's accounts.
  11. I certainly do. Along the line it requires the cost of sales to be taken into account; you know, paying the risk-sharing partners and suppliers. Or do you subscribe to the Pattaya Barowners' Guide to Accounting?
  12. Ask mango to educate you as to what constitutes profit.
  13. Wrong again. At least your (sic) consistent. Ditto above re the use of "will".
  14. C'mon, Scally. You know how stupid you end up looking when you use "will" in your posts.
  15. Is the move to Thailand cancelled for good?
  16. I think you'll find it's the 787 sales that have fallen off a cliff. As for profit .... you'll 'make the big move' before that happens.
  17. Your (sic) the one that accused Hub of making a racist comment by using the word "niggah". Do you have any idea about anything? Anyway, your (sic) the one that starts threads about kicking Euro butt and EU sucks the big one. And how about the superiority of Americans/Israelis? Isn't that how Hitler started - with the same sort of claims of some superior race? There's plenty more examples. BTW, you conveniently forgot about the BEP for the 787 ....... again.
  18. Sheeesh! Here we go. Playing the victim again! What's sleazy and low-life about it? Other than the reference to you. Now, about the BEP on the 787 .....
  19. One of you is a liar. Or both. How do you know what other guests are BMs and what they pay? Likewise, how does the manager know that his guests are, or are not, members of some internet forum? Jeez, it's only a few months since you pointed out that discounts are based on the owners mood and it's up to BMs to negotiate the best rate that they can. Now your (sic) saying they get the same rates as you do.
  20. There's no bigger racist on the board than you. This whole thread is testament to your xenophobia spilling over; time and time again.
  21. It depends on who issued the parking ticket - the police (or a traffic warden employed by the police), or a traffic warden acting on behalf of a local authority. If it was issued by the police, it's a criminal offence and you could potentially be stuffed. If it was issued by the local authority, it's a civil offence so, therefore, no worries.
  22. The owner says different.
  23. Knowing Denny's liking for gang-bangs and whisky, just be careful when he offers to pass the 18 year-old around.
  24. I have no doubt that may have been the case. However, as you correctly pointed out, they would have been US military, and not British military.
