I ususally stay in Jomtien and commute to use Tony's Gym in Soi 16 Pattaya. Never had a problem with the staff they're always helpful. Have heard that Tony is opening a Gym in Jomtien - is this true? - if so anyone know when the Gym will open?

I'm looking at spending a couple of weeks in Hua Hin. Would like serviced accommodation similar to the Residence Garden close to the beach. Any suggestions? . Thanks in advance

Universe Gym (refer post above) used to be on Beach Rd near Soi 9 - but moved a couple of years ago - a shame really - nothing like a workout and then dropping into a few Beach Rd bars on the way home - which really defeated the purpose of the workout I suppose

I'm thinking of staying at the Dynasty Inn Grande Soi 6 BKK - thats the (new) Dynasty Inn not to be confused with the (old) Dynasty Inn Soi 4 just up from Nana Plaza. - I'm looking at staying in a Deluxe Suite - has anyone any recent experience of the Dynasty Inn Grande and specifically a deluxe suite? - I've read the reviews but wondering if anyone has stayed there recently in a deluxe Suite. Have visited Ubon the city. Spent a couple of days wandering around with my (then) TG who is from Mukdahan which is about 2 hours out of Ubon. Found Ubon interesting but not exactly exciting. We stayed at the Nevada Hotel which is located above the Rock Disco. Can highly recommend the Nevada and Rock. The Rock Disco was full of Uni students who are friendly and they like to practice their English with Falangs. Can also recommend a couple of days in Mukdahan which is located on the Mekong river on the Thai / Laos border - plan on returning to Mukdahan but will probably give Ubon a miss.

Hi Mate - Try contacting The Mad Dogs Motorcycle Club. They meet every Tuesday night at "The Other Place" Bar Soi 4 Jomtien Beach. They usually have a ride on the weekend.
