Went in last night and it was ok, nicely done bar and the girls were ok also. Good luck to the owners.

Tonights the night! Also just been chatting to a mate and he's going to try and bring all the girls from Rioca bar to the bar so there will be 2 great reasons to come to the blues factory tonight.

This coming Friday (20th) Lam is celebrating his birthday and we'll be holding a bit of a party for him in the Blues Factory. There will be music from 945pm by The Blues Machine with Snowman and Mary followed by Lam Morrison and his rock n roll band, Lam has also said that he'll come in earlier to greet people that visit him. There will also be a buffet and hopefully there will also be a few guest acts popping in and even maybe a few famous faces from the Thai music scene. Hope to see you there.

Jam Nights have now been moved to mondays where "jammers" can jam with the Snowman and the Blues Machine. :)

We have made some schedule and band changes in the bar starting this sunday. Jam night has been moved to mondays as "Blue Monday" jam session. Sunday will still have Snowman, Mary and the Blues Machine BUT Lam Morrison will join them at 1230am until close. The Rock Machine band have been changed and the new band is Lam Morrison's Rock n Roll band who will play after midnight thurs to saturday. Tuesdays & Wednesdays are still rock night with Neung helping out BUT Lam Morrison will be on stage from 10pm!. Full schedule is- Monday, 10pm Blues Monday Jam night, come and sing/ play wit

Was in there on sunday and its really looking good now, had a good laugh in there. As they close at 11pm now the owner who is a good mate is bringing all the girls to the Blues Factory after for a few drinks so if you want to know what the girls look like they'll be in the Blues Factory from around 1130pm.

For those that know her (and to customers who don't of course) the trouble and strife is celebrating her birthday this Saturday just after we return from the UK and we're putting on a small do in the bar for her. There will be a bit of grub and music by The Blues Machine, Rock Machine and of course Lam Morrison. Fun starts at 945pm and all are welcome.

I don't think they do San Mig as I have to drink Singha in there which is about 120 or there abouts. I think you may have been given Corona which 300bht in there is dear but not far off.

Here's some pics and basic directions. The bar is in soi maeauen 2/7 which is about 2 kms down thepprasit Soi 7 (the soi opposite Soi Kopai with the large Honda bike shop on the corner), the soi is very windy but stay it and don't turn off until you see the large stone elephants, then about 20m after them you will see yellow signs for Rijoca gentlemans club, turn left into soi maeauen and the house is about 300m on the right, you can't miss it. :)

A friend of mine has just opened up a nice daytime bar called Rijoca. Its a converted house that actually looks like a spanish castle, very unique looking with a nice large bar area and a large roof terrace. They have several nice girls working there and the mamasan is ex Stork and Kineree. The bar itself is more of a social pub type place but there are rooms also. the whole place is very nicely decorated, drink prices are reasonable also. I'm not kidding about the palm tree leaves, they hang right over the signal box inbetween it and the hotel.

I think they've had a new wifi system put in. I spent the day round by the pool on Songkran day with the owners son and I asked him what the big mast was in the gardens, the wifi system was his reply. Theres was a palm tree leaf in front of it though.

You will get very wet.
