That was actually taken from the name of their rescue unit in Pattaya, หน่วยกู้ภัยสว่างบริบูรณ์, which translates in gOOgle to "Rescue brightness of age". Sawang สว่าง = bright Boriboon บริบูรณ์ = bountiful or complete Not sure where Age came into it.

The guy ripped through a bunch of parked motorbikes from what I understand. That's how the amount of vehicles involved was so high. They park them in a mass right there on the corner.
