Best way to get one is off a vehicle that's been totalled, but HOW is another story. I guess you could pay some tea money to the BiB at the local station to take a plate off one of the wrecks of a deceased person. -

Oddly enough, the second best I ever had was from an Italian mom & pop shop in Queens. I almost wanted to move there, their pizza was so good.
