Gents This is not an alarmest shit stirring post Just what i have personally seen at customs in LAX ( Los Angeles California Intl airport) Last trip: I saw a guy that looked a bit like a monger, in the secondary inspection They had all his gear spread out They picked thru and took all his CD/DVD's When i left, the agent was talking to a supervisor, apparently looking for a place to check them Maybe they did, i do not know This is just an fyi My last 21 trips thru LAX from LOS: I personnally have not had laptop, camera, memory cards/sticks, cd/dvd's check or confisicated HO

JMHO (have to put that in because you seem to me a angry mob) I use a USB mem stick with U3 see www.u3.com put it in loads a small pgm opens its own browser and other pgms the entire session stays on the usb stick when removed, ALL the info points to the fact that NOTHING stays on the host computer other than the small pgm loaded i also use Logmein.com to connect to my office computer my sessions actually take place on my computer in my home country BW pm me if you want more info

Since you have been on the direct Thai flights I have a question - How full are they booking the plane? I ask for two reasons - - A booked plane means they will keep the route, although it also might mean future price increases. My experiance with 20+ rt flights lax-bkk-lax on TG is that most flights are pretty full. How do i know? I have only gotten a middle row or side row to myself 4 or 5 times. By this i mean, having an assigned economy seat, scoping the asiles as they fill up, and throwing myself and belongings to snag the seats as they close the door. Even those times it was not

the Thai air lax -bkk direct is great, except: board @ midnite you wind up sleeping fed 3 times arrives 6 am, have to pay extra nite to ck in hotel (depends on your fav hotel) this sched fucked me up same w/ the return flight however, the NS is great i gotta take some sleeping bills to get in cycle the old flight landed @ midnite off to Nana or Patty, boink eat & sleep get up @ 10 am next day, no jet lag for me i will be wheels up 25 june, premium economy $1600 usd price drops in august, but wtf, i will be in Thailand!
