i have 8+ trips in the new airbus from lax to bkk biz class is the bomb ALMOST lie flat ( it is at a angle and tend to slide down) great food and svc i have used miles and free bumps to get biz class prem economy is worth i ( for me ) wider seat, little more civilized recline angle still shitty flying 23rd on prem economy have only done 2 flts on economy on the airbus they are ok, get there early to get a seat bottom line: get to los any way you can tip: print out a seat map and take it with you also, it helps to have your miles on one airline i have TG

dont know about silver however 25+ trips in 5 yrs and i have flown thai on 20 of 'em not the cheapest, but works for me gold card status for me nice to get in star alliance lounges world wide and when i travel for biz here in us of a gets me into the thai lounges even when i fly economy gets me to the special line for ck in more baggage easier to change flights, wait list prefference can get someone in english on phone each yr on birthday, you get a free upgrade in class last return flight got bumped from premium economy to biz class no charge have never used mile

Give the owners a break! There are plenty of polite fun loving bar customers.
