Hope this is taken as “constructive criticism” but I stayed very near your bar on my resent trip, but was never tempted in because of (I believe you the owner) sitting there in shorts no shirt sweating all over the furniture sometimes no footwear walking up and down the soi on your mobile through all the dog shit and piss and anything else that has been washed past. Then sitting there with your black filthy feet up on the chairs hoping that a sign for 60thb Leo (large bottle) will bring in the customers. I think you need to find a new marketing strategy.

Ate there several times last month had the 100thb breakfast about 3-4 times always with scrambled and beans very tasty and good value. (no I never finished it all) As one poster referred to it yes the sausage is a good meaty one. Greg only one small complaint, the so called “juice” it’s not! I’d rather pay a little more for the real thing but that option seemed a little like to much trouble to explain to the very nice staff. But also tried some of the Thai dishes from the menu, very tasty, good value and good sized servings.

It’s a couple of years since I stayed at the Sabai lodge and I cant remember a room safe, but that may be old age catching up on me. If you stay anywhere between Beach Road and 2nd Road from soi 1 up you’ll be well served for cheap and cheerful transport and Walking St will never be far away. Soi 7 and 8 can get a little noisy so if you’re a light sleeper beware of that.
