Always worth e-mailing the Sabai (or it was when Care was the one in charge) as they nearly always offer a discount on published rates. -

How so? There’s no price quoted on the web site! -
Charge a joiner fee now OK if you like small cramped rooms and dragging your luggage 2-300 meters as the taxi cant get near the place. Many mongers favourite I know but I don’t rate it at all. Forgot about that one, stayed there a couple of times just after it opened well appointed for the price then and a good location between nana and Cowboy. Swiss park is a good one as well but make sure you book a double bed or you may get stuck with a twin room.

Knowing your budget would be a start, also I presume when you say soi Nana you mean soi 4 as in NEP and Nana hotel, not soi 3. Try the Dynasty Inn or Grand; http://www.dynastyinn.com/ The Stable Lodge is good value http://www.stablelodge.com/ Also some good reports on http://www.everrichinn.com/index.html from a couple of people I know. This is where I’ll be staying net trip; http://www.adelphisuites.com/ This site seems to have the best prices for most BKK Hotels and he will tell you if your choice is GF or not an English guy called Tim runs it never a problem when

Recommendations on Hotels near Party Zone
Montydog replied to Brother Peenut's topic in Hotel and Accommodation Questions
Where’s “Party Zone” is it a new bar? No seriously sounds like you need to stay in the Dynasty Inn or Grand in BKK, then use there in house free transfer to the Dynasty Inn in Pattaya. http://www.dynastyinn.com/ -

question about pattaya bay resort
Montydog replied to itishotiniraq's topic in Hotel and Accommodation Questions
Try a search loads of people have stayed there. Though I don’t think that many in the Presidential suite -
Just spent 16 day’s in the Sunview Place, for 800thb a night I couldn’t fault it. There is no WI-FI or DVD in the room but I do other things than watch movies or surf the net for hours on holiday . Nice but small pool area clean big new (ish) rooms friendly staff no problems with guests and right on the BB route. Checked out the Opey Du Place for a mate while there although the pool area is nicer the rooms seemed a little “cheaper” and not in as good condition. But looked OK and I know it’s a popular choice.
