Just as an aside, be careful at Champion (and perhaps the Sea...same owner). Twice in two nights' visits I have bought a ld for a dancer and she has ordered malibu-naam som, which carries a price of 155 baht. It's not my normal style to decide what the girl is going to drink, but if they keep taking advantage like that, I will not buy drinks for staff there again. As I recall,the normal lady drink at both places is 120, which is quite common around town. Okay, back to Xzone...sorry for the threadfuck.

The point, I think, from scanning the web site, is that this company claims to have a sim adapter that can take 2 sims....and can be used in your existing phone. That's way different than buying some (usually) crap phone that takes multiple SIMs. I'm not sure I believe it's possible or trouble free, but if anyone has tried it, I'd be interested in hearing about it.

There's a shop I go to in BKK between Sukhimvit 5 and 3, near Gullivers, called Fon something, where I get 4 girls to work on me at the same time. Haircut, pedicure, manicure, foot massage...all at once. It's wonderful.

This is an interesting story, because if the hotel name is correct (actually, it should be "Marine Casa Hotel"), this is the old "Beach Inn" that is accessible by crossing the street from FLB and going past Hot Tuna bar ... on the right side. The lobby is clearly visible to anyone walking by, and the seating area is right in front of the reception station. I can't imagine how he could have lain there dead for hours without the receptionist or any other guests noticing. This is a pretty good (short time) hotel, btw. 359baht/2 hours, as I recall. His body will be sent to the Police Hospital for an autopsy to be conducted at the Institute of Forensic Medicine to determine the cause of death. And what might that be other than a difference in taste? Look, you make it very clear you don't like Walking Street...you even go so far as to call it Wanking Street. Believe it or not, some people might not care for Soi LK Metro. I have no problem with it myself. I lived in the LK Metropole Hotel for 3 1/2 years and watched the area develop. I liked the convenience of having everything I wanted within a short distance, daytime especially. Night time, I was likely to be on WS. At that time (about 3 years ago), Champagne wasn't doing very well. Oasis was good, but it was the only good gogo in the area. I'd probably spend more time there at night now...you know I like gogos.

I don't recall when we went there on a crawl, but it was in the last couple of months. We stayed about 45 minutes, and during that time, they had a dancer come out to do an almost burlesque show...a multi-song strip, as it were. By the time she finished, she was nude. You won't see that at Club Blu. I have only been there once, and I suspect they are tinkering with their format and staffing, so who knows what they were doing the night you went. Here is a pic from July...looks as much like a gogo as any other to me.

It's an agogo as much as sweethearts certainly, and when I was there with a bar crawl they had a show with a fully nude dancer. It's a gogo.
