What currency would you be asking about? I'd guess GBP, but you really ought to make that clear. There are lots of sites that give you exchange rates at Thai Banks for various currencies. Try this one SCB Currency Exchange Rates As to the rest of your question, my understanding is that you are always better off exchanging your money (GBP, USD, AUD, EUR) into THB here in Thailand, rather than in your home country.

Invision has a new version out that has some nice improvements, one of which is it says it remembers what the last post in a topic was that you read, rather than assuming you read the entire topic. Because every Invision update requires the skins (the way the board looks) to be modified, I am reducing the number of skins available at this time. I have left 3 skins: PTSkin -- standard, semi-blue skin PTMobile - for mobile phones PTParadox - for those who like a heavily customized color scheme. I doubt we will keep this skin when we transition...at least until the skin developers modify it to support the new Invision version.

The notification choices are under MY SETTINGS/NOTIFICATION OPTIONS. I mistakenly set the default for quoted posts as not changeable by the user. My bad. You can now turn off email for that and any other notification event. Let me know if it still occurs. It was nice to see you start a topic, though

That wouldn't have mattered as far as I can see. I've never made a flat out statement about the policy on advertising. We have two advertisers at present...isn't that enough?

You are welcome to list your site in a topic in our Bars/Gogos/Businesses or Hotel Accomodation section for free. We do not solicit advertising revenue generally.

That's only because no one knows what you look like. Post your picture, when you will be in Thailand, where you will be staying, and then see if it's "open season". The normal rules of behavior apply here. If you don't get that, you won't be here long.
