Indeed there are and as I know of least two members here who rent out condos (Gabor and Bangkokboy) and have rented from B. without problems I at least would aprecaid it you said who it is. He would then have a oportunity to defend him self or we know not to rent from him

I was wondering how much discount one should expet for a long time rental. Then I am talking about a year or longer. Should you get more if you pay upfront for the year or does it not matter.

Dont forget to ad the tax on. I paid in whole with Westeastern 461pounds for december. The base price was 310, then there is tax 94, 2% surcharge because I used CC and then I think 7 pounds for post back here to Iceland. It all adds up. For ex. I have to pay 35pounds on Airline Network for the postage so this is one of the things you have to figure in to the price. The cheapest may not be the chepest when you figure everything in.

Sure, might take a little time as I have to run through my Favorites for it and I got a lot. When I noticed this first it was those phone calls programs that were the proplem. Even though I had said no they had never the less put self on my computer. I only noticed when I was only on Domestic servers I would notice through Costawer that the computer was making International calls if you understand my meaning. The Microsoft Antispuware took care of that.

Even though you are running all those programs they might not detect anything You can run a program called Hijack this. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html Run it and there are sites who will go over the list and help you with anything not wanted. Even though Microsoft is not my favorit company their antispyware is quite good and found some shit the other did not.

Owen. It does not follow that you have to own a car. I was mainly thinking about a condo in Jomtiem or Pattaya. I am perfectly happy on those little scoterers like the Nuevo. I agrea with the other things though.

I was talking with my brother last night over a beer or two. We started talking about buying property in Pattaya and that again got me wondering how the market works. How do you pay. Do you have to pay 10% ( or what ever %) of the total price when you make the downpayment, can you get a discount of the orginal price for some reasonand so on and on. I realise I could go to some Property sites but I feel that by asking the members I would get more true to live stories. This is something I dont remember seeing any thing about. Note that I have no intrest in actual prices, just the procedure. and maybe if you got a discount for some reason. p.s I feel that this is more at home here than in The Members Bar as you most likely live here permanatly or big part of the year.
