Thanks for the anwers. I am going to take the safe route and land at 11.40. It is 43 pounds more expencive (5.000ISKR) but if I miss the flight the hotel will be more. 36 days and counting.

My brother is staying at the Sunshine Garden, where we where last year. Came in about 20.00 hours, no manager and payed about 1000 baths for the night.. Talked to the manager the day after and got down to 800baths for 2 1/2 months. Special internet deals go as low as 618baths and stay 22 nights pay 19 and so on. He will try to lower the price more and I will wait to book my stay until I see his new price. One thing. If you are booking on the net on one special hotel look on as many sites as possible. The price for Sunshine Garden was from 618bats up to 1027baths and all proclaimed to be specal internet deals.

Am I cutting it too close by landing on terminal 2 at 20.10 and depart from terminal 3 at 21.30. I wil just have hand baggage. The save bet is landing at 11.40 and wait.

Try this " You may save the image file by rightclicking on the image itself, select 'save picture as' from the menu and then in the file name type the file name in quotes for eg.:"filename.jpg" You should be able to save the file in jpg or any other format by this procedure" or this" When you save the picture try changing the type of the picture, which is a drop down box below where you type the filename... Samka. Why not save them straight into favorites? Right clikk > Bookmark This Page should do the trick or go to Favorites on top of the screen ( Bookmarks in Firefox) and chose Add to Favorites (Bookmark this Page)

Yes, the link did indeed work. Hower in my opinion all prices should include tax as you have to pay them. Here in Iceland there was a court case as one airline did not include tax in their advertisement and the other did. Tom, est. arival at Stanstead 18.25 and dep. at 21.35 at Heathrow. That is not going to work is it? There is only 60 punds diffrence betwen Express and Icalandair but Icelandair lands at 15.50 at Heatrow, so thats a safe bet at least. Would not want to miss the flight, not for 60 punds.

The cheapest price from here to Amsterdam is, belive it or not, 217 pounds with Iclandair. Without to much of a search I found Finnair 588 pounds or 805 pounds. To either Copenhagen or London would be about 70 pounds with Icelandic Express and the cheapest from Copehagen again Finnair 546 pounds or 616 pounds. Keflavik- London- Bangkok is 70 + 380 or 450 pounds so I have 166 pounds to spend on a hotel and the underground. I would never do the tourist bit as London is even more expencive than Reykjavík.

Or Arriva Hotel at 63 euros. Sems to me that the cheapest way is Icelandic Express 60 pounds (excl. tax) underground to Kings Cross. Arriva Hotel about 44 pounds with breakfast. Underground to Heathrow the day after and Thai Air 380 pounds(incl.tax). All in all about 490 pounds, instead of about 600 through Copenhagen. p.s Was thinking about Phuket Air but do not trust them.

It sems to me that the cheapest airfare for me would be with Thai air 380 pounds. However the arival and departure times do not match, so I would have to stay overnight in London and then the Q. is ,what is the cheapest way for me to do so.

I liked the direct flight from Helsingi. Departure at 0.00 and then a sleaping pill. Landed in Bangkok around 14.00 thai time. The price from here to either London or Chopenhagen is the same, so that is not the isue.
