Came across this on my MP3 players last week. A little head bangin' never hurt......
-
Your kickass link isn't working when I try it.

For anyone that was using it, they moved to: https://eztv.ch/

And if this helps you, yeah right. Again ttk. I've highlighted and underlined the pertinent parts of your contradiction concerning your 80% statement. But please, don't let this get in the way of you continuing to side-step the issue and instead, childishly trying to deflect ownership of it to me.............
-
LOL. 80% to gain 1 yard.......from the 1 yard line. Your words, not mine. I'll post it again for you to not comprehend: If you still can't read that properly, get the twig you didn't let reply for you read it to you and see if it helps....... Now, you keep blathering on about "at least 63". That I'm right you can't dispute, so you go off on a continued infantile tantrum that I needed to count every CB in the league. Is that some NFL discussion rule? My answer was right, didn't need to be 'righter' and your obsession over it isn't doing you and favors so get over it before you have a heart attack 'cus I don't want to be charged as an accessory in the death of a complete moron. I've already explained to you that a question mark denotes a question, but for some reason that's not sinking in with you. Let's start with the basics, OK. Do you know what a question is? I'll warn you, it get's more complicated from there so keep Chip and your twig handy in case you can't answer that question because it's a question. And can I assume you put me on ignore with your last sentence? Damn, another question mark...... If you have, I humbly await your replying to me as you've done to Gabor after you stood on your soapbox and said you put him on ignore........ BTW, mrlasvegas, don't push your luck. You're easier to deal with than Chip's buddy. And that's saying something!
-
I agree, you spread lies and talk BS. Of all the dumb-ass things you said about a game you obviously know little about I'm gonna go with 'running the ball from anywhere on the field, except from the 1 yard line, is an 80% sure touchdown and 96% if they run twice'. Sheer friggin' genius and sure to be adopted by Seattle next year. If they manage a meager 30 plays a game the opposing team will need to score an eye-popping 99 points to beat them. I'm thinking they should also join the NBA so they can become the first team to win titles in two pro leagues............ ttk, you are by far the most clueless individual I've ever had a pissing contest with, so do yourself a favor and before you reply again go outside and find a twig. Any size will suffice. Now place that twig in front of your keyboard and walk away and watch some TV for "at least" an hour. I guarantee you that when you return that twig will have replied with more football knowledge, more intelligence and more correctly than you have.

You're far too generous, he's bad at a lot more than that.
-
I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to crown you the strangest person on the forum. Either that or the biggest liar. I'd have to have mentioned "63" in the post you're replying to, to qualify as " keep digging", but I didn't . I'm guessing Chip did......... And of course you were talking about Seattle from the 1. I didn't think I needed to post the entire portion of YOUR OWN WORDS for you to know what you said, but holy crap I guess you couldn't find it so far down in the hole you've been standing in the entire thread, so............Read it yourself: Do you know that " " means you have to use the words the person said? That you can't change those words to fit your warped idea of what you hoped they said? I said: "your story is Sherman couldn't be involved because he was always covering the one who didn't get thrown to?" Did you at least notice the ?. I put it there because I was asking you........wait for it...........concentrate..........let it sink in.........a question. And it case you aren't aware, a question is not a statement, it's a...........question. As none of this will make the slightest bit of sense to you and Chip, I gleefully look forward to replying to yet another of your absolutely and positively nonsensical replies to me
-
Did your post make sense before you edited it? Please stop listening to Chip long enough to compare both quotes of mine and point out where one contradicts the other. To be helpful I'm posting an example of a contradiction, though I'll offer you an out if you want to say that in the first one you were not considering Lynch to be the runner.
-
Aww, still butt-hurt eh. Seriously, you're gonna puff out your chest, again, because I correctly stated 'at least' and called you on your lack of knowledge on what a CB's responsibilities are? Holy shit, are you like 12 years old? For the sake of, I don't know, accuracy ....... I never said anything about his total, I talked about 1 of his 2 solo tackles and I never made any comment about running or not running plays his way. You got that from the "discussion" you keep having with the chip on your shoulder....... As far as where I am now... wherever it is I'm still right and you're still making inaccurate statements. You should have joined the conspiracy side of the threads, you'd have fit right in.
-
It was pointless with you more than 4 posts ago, but I hung in there anyway. Oh well, slink away if it's all you got..........
-
FAF. Go ahead, prove me wrong.......... BTW, was Google where you incorrectly learned that a corner only has one responsibility?
-
Of rourse you rare, or you rouldn't tout him as "the best" since he joined a league with at least 63 other CB's . Or is he just the best compared to himself??? Ahhh, now he get's to help others. Grand of you to grant him that option............. Seriously, are you one of those people that just looks at the stats on your card collection but have no grasp on who does what and why? Nothing wrong with that until you show of your lack of nuance knowledge by trying to BS that you have some. Are you aware they call plays on defense? Really, they do. Any idea why? No, really, there is a reason even though you think each player does one single thing. Well, two now that you let them "help" others.... And stop asking questions unless you start answering some. It's childish and rude. Or is that your game?
-
Who needs a computer when they've got you claiming they'll lose yards 80% of the time, but stick with only half of whatever your computer told you on different days of the week..... You want to pretend you're the expert of nuancicality, why don't you tell me what his responsibilities are on every snap of the ball. Oh yeah, you did. The only thing you think he is ever supposed to do is stop the player, specifically a receiver, on HIS side of the field from making a.....play. Brilliant grasp of the game....... Sherman is a very good corner, didn't have much of a game in this last Super Bowl and a quick look at CB stats say your claim might be debatable. Why don't you work up the stats for every CB since he joined the league and post them. TIA.
-
Hard to comprehend? Cover the receiver, stop the run. Stop the runner, cover the receiver. Stop the run/keep the blockers off the linebackers, rush the passer. Have I missed any nuanced defensive assignments? All based on the defensive call for the play. Would you like me to say which foot each player starts his move with..... Football 1 Sherman's responsibilities (that's a football term and plural, btw) are NOT simply to keep his receiver from making a play. When you figure that one out please get back with me. 1 out of 5 and lost yards 4 out of 5 from 36 inches out? You bet. By your new.....theory..... the only logical way they could have scored is to have passed. Anything short of that and they have what, about a 5% chance of success. Based on that you have no option other than to defend the call so no point in having any more discussion about it. Obviously every coach, player, fan and cheerleader who disagrees must be wrong because you, the head coach and the QB who has to work for him liked the call. Funny how that works. But please, g'head, take 3 guesses as to why "nobody expected the pass" when by your stats from wherever it was the perfect call in the situation. Defensive coordinators all over the nation just slapped themselves in the forehead and wondered why they never learned that until now. Well, except for the NE coordinator cus he must have known exactly what was going to happen or he would have stacked the line and blitzed......... I answered your question, you didn't answer mine. And of course scoring the probable winning TD would have been a great play for Seattle. Just as the game ending interception was a great play for NE. Seattle receiver catching the ball on his back was a great play. Not running Lynch, twice if need be.....not a great play. Honestly, if they had run and not scored you'd be arguing that the obvious next play would be a pass and they would need to run because nobody would be expecting it.
-
Oh please. It's big friggin' field. Your "In your face", "100% all the time" guy was not noticeable. Brady only missed 13 out of 50 passes, 2 of which were intercepted and your story is Sherman couldn't be involved because he was always covering the one who didn't get thrown to? If he's the stud of the secondary he should have been in on more plays. It's not Rocket Science. I throw to the open receiver and it was gutsy, as I said during the game. Other than folks such as you trying to justify the loss, I haven't heard too much from the 'great pass attempt from the 1' crowd. Me, I run Lynch and take my T.O. if he doesn't get in and decide what to call next. I'd even have considered bootlegging Wilson before I'd throw from the 1. What's the % of people who thought they should throw???? And for a bonus out of 100 times how many times would you have thrown the ball in that situation?
-
Dude was barely visible during the game. That's not "In your face" football nor playing "100% all of the time". Hell, I watched him make one of his 2 solo tackles by going low and turning his back to the runner to protect himself more than wanting to punish the running back. Nothing wrong with it, he stopped the runner, but please don't trot out "100%" and "In your face". He's not in that league and doubtfully ever will be other than trash talk. You're probably a good guy and obviously passionate about the Seahawks, but believing that others here 'just don't get it' is absurd and arrogant. It wasn't the brightest play, never will be. Rattling off stats and couldabeens won't change that. Lynch had, by your own words, fumbled a paltry 3 times in what, 18 games. He was averaging 4.3 yards a run in the game. By that measure he had at least a 90% chance of scoring on both runs they could have managed. Instead, you think a play with seconds left in a title game is a 'throw away play' . Please, there's no such thing in that situation. You play to win. Not shrug your shoulders and go: 'meh, oh well that wasn't important'.........
-
Pretty sure none of your excuses will change how the game ended nor who walked off the field with the championship trophy. It was darn good game so I'm thinking, let it go............
-
Read that, video shows Seattle starting both the pushing and the punching and Gronk throwing nothing his Grandma would proudly consider a haymaker. But don't let that get in the way of a good tale
-
As that was the main point of what I replied to, I'd think so.
-
At least Brady threw it good enough to be caught in the first 20 minutes of a 60 minute game...........
-
No kidding, unless a QB taking a knee is somehow the new definition of "brought that on".
-
Was just reading an article on Yahoo that quotes him as saying the coordinator made the call, but good for him for taking the responsibility for it.
-
QB tells the offense the play in the huddle, but it's rare for a QB to call his own game these days thoigh he does call audibles (play change at the line of scrimmage) if he sees the defense lined up a certain way. The offensive coordinator calls/chooses most of the plays, but the head coach can change the play anytime he wants to. In this case the head coach/Carroll called the play. There is actually a whole lotta communication going on during the buffering.
