hi guys Well i am on my honeymoon as the wife has gone for a 4500 bt massage (i did not want one at that price) and is gone for 2 hours ,i thought i would do some threads that i should have done a while back. I am out to try and improve the bar and the service we give and as such over the next few days i will be asking some stupid things PLEASE bear with me ! I was thinking about having most of my bottled beer chilled in ice water as over here fridges are just not cold enough in my view . D/beer sorry guys that is a hard one to get colder than we have now ,but if you say its not cold enough we will try again . So tell me is your beer cold enough when you are out drinking or would you like it colder than you get now ,please dont just talk about my bar BUT if this is some thing you find in other bars tell me (just dont name the bar as this might be unfair to them) Does cold beer make you want to drink more (i dont drink beer) ? alan

hi guys I have put the same thing on other boards as well . Why its time that as a bar owner i started to talk more to you guys and find out MORE of what you wish to take place in a bar ,after all we are there to servce you our guest to the bar. PLEASE guys yes this a hard one but the more feed back i get the better i can look after you ,along with the fact that other bar owners might also read what you have to say and follow my lead in the way to take care of clients . alan

sorry guys No photos YET !! It is true that the girls working for me are not used to having there photos taken (for many reasons ) But i was thinking of taking some shots of bums and clits or should that be tits ?? hi guys well there has been some talk about girls being friendly or not ? As a bar owner i would like to know how long after you have sat down do you want a girl to come say hello ? Or do you want to be left alone till you tell a girl to come over to sit with you ? hi guys Yes thai girls and drugs are always a problem. After thinking about the comments made about "a certain Thai girl" a while back and how most guys did not want ,girls that were on drugs . We are about to start random drug testing in the bar .I will have some down sides for girls who are caught testing +. We will even be asking for the boys in brown to help out further down the track . The upside for the girls ,they will have more money to send home . Well what do you guys think about this idea ? alan

hi guys Sorry for not looking at this since i posted it ,and i thank all of you for your input . I am off the hook for a few days as she has gone home till the second of the next mth. I have asked this so i can look at the feed back and work out what to do ,with both my guests and my staff in mind. Do girls in my bar have to go with guys NO THEY DONT but having said that i believe that if they are in a job that looks like they should be able to go with some one THEN THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO its then up to them if they go or not ! Girls in my bar have NO MIN any thing and as i have said before DONT get cut this way. I dont wish to have a guy misslead in anyway ,even by buying LDs . Yes she should tell a guy that she has a boyfriend (i dont know if he is Thai or western BUT this should make no diff ) and aas such wont bar fine BUT will she always do this ? I dont think this will happen all the time. I also worry that she will have a affect on other girls who then might think they can start the same thing , this again is not good for my guests (it is not about going or not going its about being ripped off by not being informed) I how ever also have a good feeling towards the girl for NOT WANTING TO BAR FINE as i think this is good to see (no matter how long it lasts ) Is there another job i can give her ? no she does not want to work service ,so i am stuck. I how ever out of this might bring in the red number bit and make it for service as well ,this way making it a bit clearer for all . Cliff its getting such that we have to clear up a few things here ,the girl in your photo did want to go long time (but some thing happened after). Hi marcontey ,mate you have got it right if i can get the girls to keep there prices down then this will = more guys coming back to the bar = more money for the girls . No this is not easy at times to get Thais to understand ,as Thais will norm put the price up when things are quite this way hoping to make up for lost money . cecco mate hi thank you for the kind words about myself and son . hi guys I have been under the pump and i asked a mate to post for me ,and he did get it a bit wrong !! The part that is on a 30 day trail is the 30 bt happy hour ,whish is from 8 till 10 pm for d/beer and house spirits !! Tonight for the party bar fines are 200 bt after 10 pm BUT NO the 400 bt and 200 bt after 2 am is still here to stay for as long as i can . hi guys well 2 nights ago we had your mth meeting which was all about looking after people who come in to see us +plus we talked about what it was like in the GOOD old days . First we went through (again) about NOT asking for too much money ! In fact i explained that if the girls wanted to ask for big money ALL THE TIME ,then i would have to put the price of bar fines up. I think that one got through to them the most !!! The good thing is after the talk last night 3 girls came back to tell me the guys had given them more money than they had wanted (i did ask one girl if she gave some back BUT she just looked at me ) so it might get through. I explained what it was like years ago,how the girls did not make it look like busness at all ,and that guys felt these days that some thing was missing . Guys please understand it will take me a while to show the girls some better ways to make money and to be more like the girls from years ago. (bloody m/phones i hate them but they love them) I joked with the girls that some girls were now that bad that they asked big money and asked the guy if he wanted "SHORT TIME SHORT OR IF HE WANTED SHORT TIME LONG ". I explained in detail that they must give guys a better service and make him feel like he is your boy friend even if it is only for 3 hours at a time . I also explained in detail that it was better to make smaller money many times than big money once , This i think they understand (at least for the next few days ). To the guys that will again tell me that the girls will do what they want to do ,best you come and look for your self as it is starting to work. I will keep on top of the girls and try to do our best at keeping the girls costs to some thing that adds up to value for money. BUT guys i as always will need your help , please give me the feed back i need to make sure that we are always improving our service to you our guest !! hi guys Well we have had a show girl work for us for a long time ,she is good looking girl BUT very hard to get on with . I have had to tell many guys ok yes she will go with you BUT be warned this one is hard work !! anyway about 2 mths back she was taken out of the bar by a guy, who has now given up saying that she is crazy and far too much hard work . So last night i came in to work to find that she had put herself back on as a showgirl ,surprise to me. I wont say her name as this would be unfair ,but this is why the problem . She is one of the type of show girls that stands over the others ,starts fights and makes the other girl scared . She has also been known to hit a guest with any thing ,if some thing happens that she does not like eg some one grabs her ass etc etc . But the icing on the cake was that a guest who she went out with for some time( they finished long ago ,and were meant the be friends) has his new company in her name and now wont change it over to him ,she is just making his life hard as he does not want to be with her (this is not the guy she just broke up with) ever again . What would you do ? hi guys Yes last night we finished the night with no girls left in the bar dancing at all !! Thank you to all that came down last night to see us ,it was a great night indeed . hi guys Well this is not my place,as you all know i have a gogo on walking street. How ever credit were credit is due guys "HELL CLUB" is one hot place. Ned (hi mate) yes this place is not for everyone,and at times many may not understand all that goes on BUT it is there place to run and make up there own rules. Ned the one thing i can say is that the "HELL CLUB" is nothing like ANY THING will find at soi 6. In fact the hell club is more like every thing you would find if you were able to put all the bars in soi 6 together ,strap ons, dilldos , bi girls butt sex etc etc . Is 3600 bt costly for knowing that you will get 100% of what you want? Is a bar owner who keeps trying to keep prices down i dont think it is costly at all. Look at it this way get 1 girl from a bar and you will pay (beer bar and many cost more than this) 300 -500 bar fine girl 1000 -1500 + 1500 - 2000 and that is for 1 girl with out buying drinks or any thing else . Think about it ? Guys i have been asked on another board why i would stick up for another place that might take away $$ from my place ? Well "HELL CLUB" is not the same as mine as such i think that the more owners all work together we can improve pattayas p4p service for all. Hey after your work out in HELL come have a drink in my place and see if one of my girls can get you back up and running again. hi guys I think that some guys here missed the point behind my post ,and that was to help the girl find a nice guy and get out of the bar. Selling a virgin does not make me and extra money ,we still would only get the bar fine a net 300 bt or 100 bt depending on the time of night. hi guys Well i spent some time with her late last night talking about things and learning more about her. This does get hard at times when she starts to talk quickly as her hands are faster than i can understand,but some how it is possable. In fact i was in the shit with my wife for getting home late ,you try telling your wife that you are late because you were talking with a girl who cant talk ! I am starting to ask her how i can help and if she would like to go to school ,to learn some thing (i am doing this step at a time). It turns out that she can once she is comfortable make some sounds ;i think that if she had some training that she might even be able to talk a little. hi guys pattayanut well this is a hard one. First please forgive me i dont remember anyone asking me about this . I do remember being asked by a guy who wanted a girl to go with him l/t for less than 2000 bt . i did talk with the girl and i have to say i did not get very far,she said that she did not dislike the guy BUT.... Guys PLEASE understand in my bar a girl is free to say no to a drink you might want to buy her as well as saying no to a bar fine. Keep this in mind as i also cant tell her what she should or should not ask her (not only would this be ilegal BUT not fair on the girl). I many times ask my girls as a group no one on one to try and keep there prices down ,and for the most part they do this. having said this if a guy wants me to have a talk with a girl i am always happy to do so ,many times this will tell me what the real problem is.
