Condo with pool in South or Central Pattaya

Hi guys,

 

This may seem a strange request coming from one who lives in Pattaya but here goes. I want to rent a condo with a pool as near to the gates to Walking Street as I can.

 

I know about Yensabai Condo and Centre Condo but wonder if I have overlooked anything else.

 

A final alternative is an hotel. Currently I pay Bt10k all in for an hotel without a pool but with aircon, daily maid, towels, sheets etc.

 

Any help much appreciated.

I know it has no pool but I stayed there about 4 years back and it was a nice enough place at a good price with a range of different apartments. The location is quite but not a far way from Walkking street.

 

Maybe they even have a pool in the meantime, don't know. The prices on teh website sure are negotiable as you probably want to rent longer term then just for 1 or 2 months.

I'm not familiar with Centre Condo so it could be one of the following 2 that I've noticed.

 

When I stayed at the Koeing Hotel 2 years ago I noticed a small condo projet being built not far from the Yensabai condos. I think it was on or near Soi 17.

 

Next to the Wat on South Pattaya Rd near 2nd Rd I've seen a large complex but I don't know if its a condo, apartment or hotel.
