any1 stayed there? if so how was it, how much ,details please on what kind of rooms they have availible

Presume we are talking Soi 13...........i book my parents in there every year at xmas, rooms are apartment style....i.e seperate bedroom, living room come kitchen and bathroom all overlooking pool.........15 apartments over 3 floors.........run between 15000 and 18000 baht a month if memory serves me right.......plus electric 5 baht/unit . They are currently fully booked over the xmas period. One slight drawback at the moment is the owner is expanding onto adjacent land although all the foundations are in there is still work going on .......was down there this a.m noise isnt too bad. Oh almost forgot 3 of the rooms have 2 bedrooms.

If the only thing that would prevent you from renting the room is the presence of an in room safe you could always ask the owner if he would install one if you purchased it. I saw a place that sell s them with cost beginning at around 2000 baht.

I'm sure there are more places but I saw some for sale up on Centeral Pattaya Rd.

On the same side of the road as Carrefour but further down the road towards Sukhumvit. This is a large store that has an open front and sell furniture. I saw them just walking by as they are located at the front and they have a large assortment of sizes.

Sumo .....sorry about the delay in getting back to you. Yes the rooms all have safes. Was talking to the owner of the Crab this a.m.........the new extension next door is going to have 5 floors with a total of 30 rooms and underground car-parking.
