Resizing Multiple Pictures...

Does anyone know a way to resize multiple pictures at the same time? I use windows XP and I'm doing it one picture at a time.

 

But, when I was in LOS I was at the internet explorer cafe on Beach road and was able to click on multiple pics and resize them all at once.

 

Your help is appreciated....

Have you tried imageresizer it's afree program.

I use Photoshop. Get all the pics you want to resize in one directory then open Photoshop, go to Automate - Web Photo Gallery. Set up the directory the pics are in and a new one to write them to. Click the rezize option, select the size and Ok.

 

The program actually creates a web photo gallery, but all the pics will be in the new directory/images and the will all be resized to the dimensions you chose.

download IrfanView, open it, click on File, click on the Batch Conversion/Rename field.

I use the same method as Pete. I've just finished scanning some 2,000 + of my photos onto CD and this provides a handy reference to what is on a particular CD.
