soi 13 update

is there anyone staying on soi 13 and could tell me what the construction site is like at the moment. i know this is always a topic but i will be there in 1 weeks time and are staying at the sandy springs and would like to know how things are going.

i had breakfeast at the Lek this morning and had to leave because of the "jack hammering". this was at 9am, don't know how early they start. if you have a room on the beach road side you might be alright. good luck, personaly i moved to the flipper on soi7, think soi13 maybe a problem for the next year if the early noise is a bother to you.

The guy said he was stopping at the Sandy Spring and it is a fair way away from the lek.

I assumed that the jack hammering noise he heard was coming from either the construction site next to the AA Residence or the Golden Crab expansion which are not that far away from SS. The Lek would be about the same distance from these sites or even farther away than SS.

Can hear noise in all Soi 13

I'm at the Dynasty on Soi 13 now. I have a inside room on the 3rd floor and can't hear any of the construction noise from Soi 13. I will move to the Sandy Spring in the moring for the next week and few days. I have a buddy also staying there now. He has a room that has a view of Soi 13 and you can hear alittle noise coming from the construction across Soi 13.

 

I asked for a room futher away from the Soi and checked it out and couldn't hear any noise, so will take that room in the moring. All that going on at this time is light construction, but can it gearing up soon.

everybody diffrentt, in OCT i was staying at dynesty and so was LBJ. noise didn't bother him in fact he said he hardly noticed it. me i thaought i was back in a combat zone in a fire fight, had to move, just bad nerves i guess, but all in all there is definatly construction and noise on soi13 ands will be for some time.

like people smokinf in a bar, it bothers some, othwers it don't and some like it

Been staying in the Dynasty inn since the 18th, had enough noise now so moving to Flipper House today for 450 less, looks to me that the construction will be going on for some time to come yet.
