I will be traveling to Pattaya in late July.

Is this considered a busy time (peak season) in Pattaya?

Is it advisable to make a reservation? Or is a walk-in OK?

You'll be fine just walking in, also depends if you have a certain hotel in mind, if you don't then you'll be just fine.

no it's not busy season.

winter is.

diffrent hotels have diffrent high-low and even shoulder seasons

check their web sites or check the reviews section
