Is there anyone on the board that has Condo's for rent in Pattaya....Central, North or South......not Jomtien..!!!!

 

Looking possibly for a 2 bedroom.......but please leave details of all here..

 

Dates: 18th Nov 2005 to 27th Nov 2005.....will be arriving from Udon Thani on the 18th.

 

Any offers will be looked at.........if you can post pictures all the better

The unfortunate element of renting condos are:

 

-some beauties that are owned by Bangkok families who never use it more than once a year and they don't feel like renting it to a foreigner or anyone else.

-many owners want 3-6 month leases or longer!

-Daily cleaning is extra.

 

You're better staying in a hotel in my opinion. You get new sheets/towels daily. How can you beat that?

Residents Garden Hotel has two bedroom units. I have only stayed in the one bedroom units so I can't vouch for the two bedrooms. The one bedrooms are nice and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere.

Hard to get a condo owner to lease for a short trip...Most owners will not and with your request of not wanting Jomtien clearly more difficult for yood urself. Not impossible, go luck on your search.
