I saw the outside and the sign for it two days ago while riding motorbike. It's near where 3rd Road intersects with South Pattaya Road....

 

Outside of it looked very nice! Same owner as LK Metropole on Soi Diana and their rooms are of great quality.

Thinking of going there in November but my pal (2nd trip) wants honey hotel. Whats the walking distance between both.

Hi. Am there at the moment. Your pic are of the studios in building B - the one with the pool on the roof. The pics accurately portray the rooms. The rooms are a good size with plenty of room beside the very large bed - king size - and about 2.5 metres from the end of the bed to the cabinets against the wall where the TV is. Plenty of room for me. Very nice battrooms with tub and plenty of hot water.

Only things missing are in room safe and it would be nice to have a small table and chair in the room, but there is one on the balcony.

They also have 4 or 5 one bedroom appt in the building for about 80% more than the studios, but the studios are the best deal.

There are 2 other buildings. The newer of these buildings is only about a year old and the rooms are even nicer than building B but are standard hotel typle rooms - they don't have kitchenettes or a sofa area (they have a couple of armchairs) and don't have a tub in the bathroom.

I believe building B is full at the moment but this changes daily.

 

I think the location is good as you can walk to soi 7 and 8 in 2 minutes and the bt buses to Walking st and Big C pass the door.

I tried emailing them and got no response. I organised my stay over the phone without any problems.

The Honey hotel---hmm, if its the same one I visited once, the place is a dump. Tell your friends they could do better in that area.

Have been trying to book a room a LK Mansions. Have sent 2 emails in the last week. Have gotten an automatic reply to wait for a confirmation. No confirmation as of this date. Was looking to book 2 standard rooms for a friend and myself.
