I have to agree in this case asking for a discount could hurt. Next time bring a Thai with you they will get 10% for bringing you in.

100,000 baht. what are they doing? rebuilding your entire face?

 

My wife and I had our teeth cleaned total for the both of us was 1100 baht. She need 3 cavities filled and 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed. total cost including acrylic fillings and novacaine etc is 4400 baht. I need a crown on 2 teeth. He told me that if I paid in advance the cost would be 9000 baht. at that rate they would have to be doing 20 crowns or 4 full sets of dentures upper and lower. And BTW I was paying farang prices.
