Unless things have changed they charge a joiner fee Before booking ask and if they say no fee print and take the email to present should they not "Remember" having said it.

Great position and good rooms. The problem that I had was theat the building was being cleaned and the pool was full of crap and unusable.

Other than that great for the overhad rail and NanaPlaza. There are good eating and drinking places in the street as well. I would definately go back

I have stayed twice. They never charged me a joiner fee, in fact they were extremely girl friendly, both times I booked thru directrooms.com. The buffet in the morning is good. Hotel is just down the street from gullivers where you can find some pretty good talent. Hotel lobby got a remodel sometime between 2001 (first time I stayed there) and 2004 (2nd time I stayed.) Gym equipmeny is okay for a hotel. Pool not bad. Easy walk to nana, soi 7, skytrain. 2guns 2guns

I was at the Belaire Princess in June for four nights. It was a pay for 3 nights and get the fourth night free deal.My travel agent booked a double room and i had no problems with guests(joiner fee). They will keep the guests ID at reception and give it back when they leave. The rooms and service was good but i never ate at the hotel as i thought it was expensive.I usually ate at Foodland which i found had a good variety of food and it was reasonably priced.

As others said, the location is good as most things are walking distance or a trip on the skytrain away. The only thing that pissed me off was every day i had to run the guauntlet of tuktuks and taxi drivers outside the hotel trying to rip u off.Avoid at all costs.
