I send an enquiry for a week in Agust for the suite .

 

It was Bht 2800/- per day but what suprised me was they wanted to charge me Bht 300/- for a guest.

 

Any Ideas how to get out of the Bht 300/- situation ??

2800 baht should be for the 2 bedroom prima suite. Why would they charge for a guest in a suite that is supposed to be for 2 people? Did you request 1 extra bed? I can tell you that at BVP, you can bring as many guests as you like at night, no joiner fee, but your TG's have to leave an ID. If they insist on this guest charge, you should tell them you are booking elsewhere.

Well there are three guys and we send an enquiry for one Suite and one standard room.

 

I have send an email again asking them to clarify their position on the guest issue.

Yup, me too. Asked them specifically for post 30th april, low season rate; but they ignored that question and just came back with what's on the website. Frustrating because in most respects I liked the hotel from my last visit. I think I'll turn up and attempt to do better on the spot - I'm offering a long term stay. If it doesn't work I'll go elsewhere. But right now I don't have the time before the dparture.

Finally got a reply to my question about May rates:
