china airlines price SFO - Bangkok

Recommended Posts

China Air almost always has the cheapest fares out of SFO, but you get what you pay for, and the service sucks IMO. EVA and JAL are usually pretty competitive pricewise and a much more enjoyable ride in my experience.

Fellas,

Good to hear that you received better fares than me, not to sure why you got a better fare from CA web site. The only reason I can off is the dates. This trip will be for six weeks, may 28th leave and I return the july 6th.

I got an upgrade to business for 30,000 miles, low season only and I have gold menber status, so I can go use all their lounges, great for the 4 hour lay over.

good luck with your trip.

Well, I've flown Both EVA and JAL several times and I don't think EVA is any better than China Air, especially in business class. I once got food posioning on an EVA flight from TPE to BKK.

I think Japan Airlines is the Worst :thumbup airline I've ever flown and I will Never step foot on another JAL aircraft unless it is the only airline that can get me where I need to go.

I've flown both China Airlines and EVA many times , only Economy ofcourse :D , and I can honestly say that the China Airlines service beat the EVA service :D

"I think Japan Airlines is the Worst "

I concur. It's been years admittedly, but lousy food, noisy and disorganized crew the few times I've flown with them.

I've got my first two trips of the year covered out of LAX on Cathay Pacific for $909 all up each in April and the end of May.

THAT'S a better deal than any of the above IMO.......
