anyone know if this is a out of service message(eg. unpaid bill) or a phone switched off one ?

Same as at home: either switched off or out of range.

Another option is shes changed the sim card.Quiet common as some special deals from some companies on call rates and indeed signal strength.Won't help you though.A further option is the phones been stolen/lost.

i call several times a week to 3 ladies

calling them from

sometimes i get them no problem

sometimes:

fast busy signal

recording

music but no answer

not a working number recording

then they answer on the 3rd or 6th try

i belive to be a combo of signal strength for them, circuts busy, calling from a long fucking way and they are blowing someone else

My first post here but this is a common problem for me.

I have one TG that turns off her phone for a lot of reasons. Usually it will forward me to a message service and say so in Thai and English. If I don't get the service I will get an email telling me about a broken phone or no pay bill.

If operator is saying something like Mai mee khrap rap sai kaa...means something like nobody answers. I love that operators voice. :D
