Am looking for one bedroom for Monthly stay April thru May and like all the pictures of The LK group places.

Have read a few comments on Metrople and Mansion in the review forum but nothing in depth. My main interest is which of the three is the cleanest and quietest. They all look from the website to be within sight of each other and the Metrople suites priced from 78,000 and 87,000 baht a month or very doable.

Have stayed in Jomtien area previous trips and enjoyed the quiet . I know these are located on 2nd road so there will ne traffic noise but if I can get a room or suite high enough would hope that noise would be less.

Anyone with info on any of these would be appreciated

I'm a big fan of the Metropole. It's my favorite place in Patts for longstay. I don't like the Mansion and Pavillion nearly as much, and the location of the Metropole is ideal for me. The Royal Suites are lovely, but on the end of Soi Buakhao that I don't like.

Thanks for the replies. And yes I see from the map that the Metrople is located behind second road, from the map it's really not that clear.

One other question I see from the reservation site that they require a credit card deposit .

Is this a secure site ? Anyone with problems leaving their credit card numbers on here? And how much deposit required?

Thanks

Just came back from the LK Metropole, stayed 4 days and it was very nice and also I found it very quiet. Had suite looking over pool on 6th floor.

Credit card was required for deposit. I booked 4 rooms they charged 2000 baht per room and returned it in cash when I checked out (after paying) No problems with them they are on the up an up. Place is nice. I'm not sure I like the walk down Soi Diana though especially late at night, but other then that it is a very nice place. Close to Lolitas is a plus though.

I am sure that you can find a lot cheaper than 3,000 Baht per day for a one month's stay - unless you are rich or something

The room he's talking about is an enormous two-bedroom suit with a large outdoor area and jacuzzi. The living room has a plasma TV. There's a kitchen and a bar. I think it's a reasonable price for what you get.

Stinger and Buddy Guy Thanks for the replies place sounds good .I was concerned about the unsecured credit page but glad to hear that you had no problems .

Not rich , but like to live how I live in the USA and I always put my comforts first , and the kitchen is a big plus. Thanks again for the report
