Khun Manot (one of Mr Toom's drivers I guess) was waiting for me even though it took me an hour to clear customs and f\get my bags. Right up front with a sign.

 

He offered to stop and get some beer for me but I waved him off.

 

at the 1/2 point he offered tostop for a piss break - told him to cpntinue straight on to Pattaya

 

Arrived at 1920 - so 2 hours and 20 minutes from airport to Pattaya, 2nd road and soi 13

 

1200 baht and aa tip

 

no problems

I think that this latest report confirms the pattern that has emerged about Mr Toom's service. It is generally good but there are glitches - as with all businesses.

Yes sure i'm understand who not missed i'm is good service but who is missed i'm is bad but how about you think i'm very clear how to meet me at BKK.A/P i don't know on that time when you can't find your name on a board not call to me for what do you wait.

Mr Tooms service picked me up in Pattaya...early.

Smooth ride, efficient without being frightening.

Arrived airport in plenty of time.

Polite driver.....recommended.

Good to hear that you received good service Jacko. It is also good that you reported your experience on this board. BMs need to know when fellow BMs get good service. Likewise they need to know when fellow BMs get poor service.

Hello everyone..

 

I just wanted to throw in my 2cents regarding Mr. toom's Taxi Service. I was met at the airport by one of his drivers (Mr. Pong) and arrived at my Hotel without any problems. I also used Mr. Toom's service to drive me out to several of the nearby golf courses all without any issues. The driver's were always on time and excellent drivers. I plan on using his service again when I return in Dec.

I booked Mr. Toom for my airport to Pattaya run on Oct 17. He responded quickly with his quote of 1200 baht, and I agreed. Anyone looking to share a ride leaving the airport on Oct 17 between 1600 and 1700?
