Hey guys I am new to the site but far from new to the sport. I will be going to Thailand for the month of Dec and Jan and would like to rent an apartment. Try thaivisa.com and have heard nothing but good things about the centre point serviced apartments, although they fill up fast with people on long stays.

I second Sexy`s choice. The grandpresident is a great place to stay.

I have a friend with a condo in Bangkok at "Nana Condo", it's just steps from Nana Plaza in Soi Nana. It's a studio (36sqm), furnished with high ceilings. If anyone is interested send me a PM. Rent is around 12,000B/m - 15,000B/m.

 

If money is no issue, then I love the President Park complex in Suk soi 24. Mostly because they have the best fitness/leasure club around http://www.capitolclub.com(I'm a member).
