heading to pattaya in november for 3 weeks of fun can anybody recommend good bars in that area coz this is my first visit in 5 years?

That's a question that is open to a lot of discussion, especially as we don't know what you appreciate or look for in a bar. IMHO they're all good if they have cold beer and hot women. This being fantasyland you're likely to find both in abundance just about anywhere.
