Hi guys,

 

My friend(non-Thai) found a pretty good deal on taking over a hotel and would like to ask if anyone out there knows reputable legal firm for;

 

1. taking care of all business transfer

2. investigate if there's any hidden surprises

3. incorporating a limited company with finding "silent partners"

4. Obtaining work permit/Visa for overseas investor(s)
