Siam Royal View East Pattaya

Im moving to Pattaya in December with the wife (Thai) and kids. I have been looking for properties on the web and I have found a very nice looking new build called Siam Royal View. Its based in East Pattaya on a hill overlooking the sea.

 

The properties are very luxurious within a walled area with 24 hour security. I have contacted an agent who tells me I will have to wait 12 months for the house to be built. If there is anyone who lives on this new housing development and is interseted in selling there house I would be very interested.

 

Any opinions on this development would be greatly appreciated as the wife and kids love it.

Great website Verstein, the house mansion looks pure luxury. THe only downside Ive heard is the road going up to SRV is very congested.

 

The vie wover Pattaya is awesome.
