what happened to the thread about soi l.k. metro ?

 

why has it been deleted ?

 

it as far as i know didnt contain anything controversial, had almost a couple of thousand hits and a few hundred posts .

 

so who would be responsible for removing it and why would they do it.

weres the shouting, no capitals in my post. i know your refering to the headline, but as far as im concerned bullet headings are always printed in capital.

i now see the thread in the newly created business section, fair enough , but i dont think it is really a business post, certainly not advertising any individual business, but up to the powers that be.

The creation of the Bars/Gogos/Businesses forum opens the board to posts from board members who are also bar owners to tout their businesses.

Prior pattayatalk policy has been that if you were a well known poster already, contributed to topics as an individual with advice, your posting about your business was accepted.

With the arrival of new posters with businesses who have not had a chance to get into the swing of things with advisory posts, we have had an increase in posts that are seen by the membership to be more advertising related than board information related.

In order to accomodate both the business owners and the board membership, I have created this new section.

Please use it and consider that posting about your business on this board will be well received if you can provide an incentive or benefit to the board members of some sort.

i know your refering to the headline, but as far as im concerned bullet headings are always printed in capital.

 

looking over the 40 most recent posts in this forum, only 2 have their headings capitalized (and you started both of those).

 

 

please note that i don't really care, but i know some people do, and i'm simply pointing out that he's making an accurate complaint. whether or not it's worth complaining about is a matter of personal opinion.

Just a suggestion mulphy, how about contributing to some other posts other than the SOI LK METRO post?

 

Plenty of other subjects we chat about on here, feel free, its not all about promoting beer bars/soi's.

 

Good move to move it imho, those posts were starting to clutter the members page.

Just wondering why the link to the moved thread could not be left in the original forum. It would keep people posting threads with shouting and footstamping attitude ..... and would crawl back into oblivion within less than a day probably.
