Yu, the owner of The Chica Bar, asked me to post for her that the bar is for sale.

 

The asking price is 1.6M THB. There is key money of 600K THB paid for 3 years, with 2 more years remaining. The monthly rent is 30K THB.

Obviously I've asked Yu if she'd come back as a mamasan if she sells the bar. No answer yet, and this is not my (main) motivation for posting this. Just trying to help out a couple of people I like.

Not interested in buying the bar but like you Martin I too like Yu a lot and wish them every success in their future plans.
