does anyone know if the building works next to the aa residence in soi 13 is finished yet?

I've been meaning to ask the same thing.

 

When I was last over in early November, it looked like they had finished all the main construction and were working on the rooms. That was 4 months ago, and despite being Thailand, they should have got a fair ways on by now?

 

Can anyone please give us an update?

I'm there right now. If you are referring to the building next to aa residence and in back of the Lek Hotel (across from Dynasty Inn), then, no, it is not yet finished.

 

All of the AC units are in boxes sitting outside on the patios of all the rooms, and construction workers are still completing interior finish work. I cannot say (not knowing Thailand construction) when it will be finished!
