Phuket GH/ Hotel

Hi Guys i know this is a pattaya hotel forum but need some advice. Im going from Pattaya in October for 7 nights to Phuket, as ive never been before. Can anyone advise on a good BG friendly Guesthouse or Hotel near to the Bars. I do like a nice nights sleep so would prefer not right on top of the area. Im looking to spend about 1200 bht a night as its still low season.

I will be in Phuket in Oct as well, first time too.

 

My mrs sister suggested we stay at the C&N Hotel (not resort) as they don't mind guests and is good for the price according to the sis inlaw.

Don't know how good it really is just going on a recommendation, however I booked the deluxe room (whatever that is)

The Andaman Sea Guesthouse is good, and is not too far from the nightlife. It's right across the street from Cristin Massage and down a small soi, if you can picture that.

Ferb Guesthouse is also OK, but is a slightly different location.

Stayed here two months ago paid 1,000 Bath (without breakfast) per night The hotel is opoosite Thara Patong Hotel, quite good location and is quest friendly.

 

Next door is a massage boutique run by an canadian. I enjoyed a very good (no happy ending) massage by a girl call "PURAN' .

 

The are a few very good pub around, with good ambience and live band. Some give good discount if made friend with them. Plenty of other drinking places around and you do not need to talk to the mafia tuk tuk men if you stay around this area.

orchid residence or summer breeze on soi san sabai opposite Bangla rd.

both guest friendly and crawling distance from the bars.

also lamai inn and lamai hotel on rat u thit rd are a bit cheaper.
