Hi guys,

Does anyone know of any good guesthouses or hotels that have a reasonable monthly rate, up to about 10,000 baht? I need 3 rooms , preferably in the Buakhao area .I have stayed there many times but wanted to know if anyone could recommend a nice place.I`m not too bothered about a pool just so long as they are clean,much preffer the beach anyway!

I live near Carrefour and the monthly rates are 7000. Found a 1 bedroom place for 11,000 near Nova Park.

I have made alot of friends in Pattaya over the years and find everyone treats me and my family with respect,as I do them,they are great people.We always look forward to seeing each other and keep in touch by email or phone.Just because the majority of people travel for the reason you said doesn`t mean everyone`s the same.Many families come here!!!!!! We enjoy a good time and having fun,as does anyone on holiday,just because it is Pattaya that shouldn`t make a difference! The weather`s great,the people are great,the foods good and it`s a cheaper option to Europe.There`s always something to do there and loads of places to take children, they thoroughly enjoy themselves and look forward to their next trip. O.K, there are other places in Thailand but we all love it here. Yes, it is classed a a place where people like you go to pay for "enjoyment", and that is up to you and anyone else . The likes of someone like you has to pay,you aragant b******!! Who the fuck would want to be with such an sad-act if they weren`t getting something out of it,God,i feel sorry for the girls!!!!!!!!!
