LK Renaissance - special pricing

Recommended Posts

The LK Renaissance is a new high end LK hotel on Soi Dianna that opened last week. I have been informed by the sales manager that they are running a special deal through the end of the month of September. All rooms are 50% below list price.

This is a brand new hotel with LCD TVs in each room, pantry with microwave, whirlpool bathtub, in room safe, high speed internet, pool, steam and sauna rooms.

Studio 1250

Deluxe 1750

One BR suite 2250

You can contact them at metro@lkpattayahotel.com with subject line "LK Renaissance"

or call +6638720720

This is not a special FLB deal...it's open to anyone. I am just passing the word on what I think is a very good price for a studio in a nice hotel and location.

Thanks for the info Martin,

I will be sure to check it out when I am there at Christmas, with a view of staying there next time I visit in quiet season, probably a bit too expensive for me at Christmas, but you never know.

From Caspers report it looks like a very swish place.

Martin,

Any talk of having an FLB rate for the LK Renaissance? I was hoping to get the promo Sept. pricing for a stay in early October but the rates emailed back to me are the normal Rack rate.

Appreciate your help in getting the LK Metropole to offer us a discounted FLB rate and I've used it 2 separate times in the past year.

thanks....

Nothing yet. They're sort of doing a slow opening now and won't get around to it till later.

Stayed a week there at 50% discount rate in a delux room (1750 a night)

First night I got a room near the pool in the 3d floor and it was lot of construction work going on there.

Told the management that if they can fix another room for the rest of the week I stay there otherwise I move somewhere else, and they did.

Got a room in the 6th floor and that was OK.

Nice rooms, flat screen TV, DVD with surround system, Jacuzzi and shower in the bath room, nice bed and furniture so at that rate it was well worth it, but at 3500 bath a night, (ordinary price)I don’t know if it’s worth it, but its well worth to check out.

Girl friendly by the way (they take ID) and the internet connection work well (cabel)

Prices have gone up a little (the sign outside has now says 40% off). I am paying B2500 for a very nice suite on the 4th floor.

A really nice hotel. I will probably will not stay there again after the pices go up (because I am semi-cheap), but if you want a nice upscale hotel in this area it's a fine choice. There's no real problem I have with it.

I just left Tim's Boutique Hotel which also was quite nice. The rack rates for Tim's are absurd, but if you get them down to something reasonable (I paid 2080b a night for a standard room), it's a nice place and worth the money.

I have stayed at LK Renaissance for the last week with a great room on the 5th floor. Great pool, sauna and good dining right off the lobby. Very professional staff. The price may be a little high, but the deluxe room (not the suite) is worth it. Right in the middle of lots of action, but the rooms are still very quite. I have spoken with the manager a few times, and the policy is no problem with one or more guests. Great place! I was going to move to the Residence Garden for my second week, but changed my mind after taking a Baht Bus over and experiencing first hand the traffic and noise. The Soi Diana Inn. Soi LK Metro, 2nd Road areas are great places to party.

ah so thats what it is/was

saw this being built this May 07 when I was up near Areca Lodge where I've stayed and LK metropole. I was in apartment in May but went there for the great locality, Papagayo club, Lolita BJ bar, Oasis a Go GO, Areca Lodge and Soi Buakhow.... looks good... maybe try this Dec this year or next low season Apr/May...

Stayed there last week for 4 days. Soft opening rates at 40% discount so I paid 2100 per night for the deluxe room. Have lots of pics I will post over the weekend - beautiful rooms - all my buddies moved in to the Hotel aswell. Highly recommended - had already stayed at the Jasmine Hotel WS and stereobar but they dont compare ! This was true Western 3.5 to 4 star - excellent quality finish, Booked peak season at full rate I was so impressed !
