Soi 2 Hotel

Anybody ever stayed here ? No idea what the name is,it's in the shape of a ship and looks fantastic.

Royal cruise. Quite expensive. Lotsa Japanese stay there

I would also check out how guest friendly it is also before you book it, I'm not 100% sure but I thought I read they are more into the family guests rather than the mongering guests.

 

I have stayed at the Sabai Inn a few times and found it good if you like that area.

The "A one " hotel (shape of a ship ) very expensive and i'm sure you pay a joiner fee for guests.

Expensive ,Joiners fees and not all that wonderful though I believe the food is good if expensive.

Why do you say it's expensive? It's 2,000 Baht a night for a 4 star hotel.

 

And what's not all that wonderful about it? The rooms? The staff? The location?

It's not a 4 star hotel, it's a 3 star at best. It is not guest friendly. And it is not individual tourist friendly as it focusses on large groups of Asian tourists who monopolise the breakfast buffet and elevators. I stayed there once about 5 years ago and I would not go back.
